Se convoca a diferentes actores sociales que pueden incidir en los procesos que competen al Festival Internacional de Aves Migratorias en el municipio de San Blas principalmente, pero también relacionado con el Estado de Nayarit en su totalidad. Estos actores pertenecen al ámbito social, económico, político, ecológico, académico y turístico.

El objetivo es incidir en el mejoramiento de las condiciones ambientales, sociales y económicas del municipio de San Blas, a partir de los acuerdos alcanzados en estas reuniones, los cuales serán ejecutados por el Festival Internacional de Aves Migratorias de San Blas.

Different social actors are invited to participate in the processes where the International Festival of Migratory Birds is involved, in the municipality of San Blas, but also related to the State of Nayarit in its entirety.
